I actually have a small flock of barnyard geese. I did set out to do what you see; a very goosee posture. What did surprise me was how soon I was finished. Any reflection of my work proves I am capable of much greater fine detail. As the piece progressed though, I suddenly saw every nuance I was looking for. It was a gander checking you out. This piece will be one of those that I take deep pleasure in recalling to mind. My sense of satisfaction is absolutely complete.
