One of the first pieces in my exploration of concave surface areas and the effects of smoother reflections in conjunction with less reflective surfaces. The evolution of the design was pure jazz with no intentions toward any goal other than exploration. There is some pretty tricky chasing in this piece. The addition of the effect of the pearl’s refection on a curved surface is fascinating. This is an accomplished piece of my work. Happy to have made it.
